    Center for Navigating Family Change, 2002-Present

    Executive Director. Provides parent education and consulting services to the Center for Navigating Family Change, a non-profit 501c3 corporation. Main female divorcing parent seminar presenter for CNFC in two metro Atlanta area counties (Gwinnett and DeKalb) 6-7 times each month as part of a two-person, male/female team. Additional duties include coordinating seminar dates with each county, providing presenters for each seminar, coordinating children's education groups in local libraries, maintaining financial and database records, and writing grant proposals as needed.

    NoFight Resources. President and CEO, 1999-Present

    Mediation Services: Provides mediation services to the Dekalb County, Georgia court system (under independent contract) and to private clients through referrals.

    Conflict Resolution Training: Author and presenter of a six-hour seminar, Conflict Resolution for Collaborative Practice, for attorneys, therapists, and financial consultants who are needing mediation skills to engage in the Collaborative Law process.

    Parent Education - Miscellaneous Contracts: Presents a variety of self-authored seminars to the community on a regular basis, including, Successful Single Parenting: Workshops for Today's Single Parent (four-part series); Teens & Alcohol: A Workshop for Parents Who Want to Know the Truth; Teens & Pregnancy; Teens & Driving. These have been provided in various churches and community centers throughout the metro Atlanta area in the last few years. Prior to the formation of NoFight Resources., the single-parent seminars were offered on a regular volunteer basis since 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Active Christian Parenting Today in churches since 1996.

    Clergy and Laity Seminar: Since 2004. Co-presents a yearly seminar for Leadership UMC, a leader development program sponsored by the North Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church, to encourage development of lay leaders in the church.

    Publishing: 1993-present. Writes a monthly single parenting column (800-1,200 words each) for various regional parenting magazines around the country (Las Vegas Kidz, Big Apple Parent, Mahoning Valley Parent, Metro Parent, Queens Parent, Low Country Parent, to name a few). Also, currently writes and publishes The Peaceful Co-Parent, a quarterly newsletter for divorcing parents and the professionals who help them.
