The Constitution of the United States guarantees "we the people" certain rights. Unfortunately, we live in a society where those rights are sometimes violated by others and we have to seek equal enforcement of the laws and accountability by filing a lawsuit. It is my fundamental belief that all lawyers are called to uphold the Constitution by working to ensure that all people have equal protection under the law.
