The Constitution of the United States guarantees "we the people" certain rights. Unfortunately, we live in a society where those rights are sometimes violated by others and we have to seek equal enforcement of the laws and accountability by filing a lawsuit. It is my fundamental belief that all lawyers are called to uphold the Constitution by working to ensure that all people have equal protection under the law. That is certainly my calling.
If you have been the victim of discrimination at the hands of an employer, a law enforcement official, or someone acting under the color of law, I want to speak to you. Give me the opportunity to hear your story and to provide you with a confidential case evaluation. Where there is a case, together, we shall pursue justice.
